Food and beverage automation prioritizes hygiene, uptime, and packaging integrity. Motionwell brings proven expertise in precision filling and sealing with full SUS304/316 stainless steel construction, end-of-line wrapping and palletizing, and robotic handling designed for gentle product treatment.
Our filling machine platform delivers 20-60 units per minute with triple-head simultaneous dosing and volumetric/gravimetric accuracy of ±1%. The same precision and hygiene-first design principles apply to our end-of-line systems: wrapping, labeling, inspection, and palletizing are integrated as a clean, maintainable line. We are also exploring controlled-environment agriculture automation through our engagement with Singapore vertical farming technology partners.
- Precision filling and sealing with volumetric/gravimetric dosing (±1% accuracy), heat seal and crimp seal, and continuous dual-tray feed for non-stop operation
- End-of-line automation: wrapping, case packing, checkweigh, labeling verification, and palletizing robot integration
- Labeling and coding verification with print quality inspection, barcode/QR readability checks, and automatic rejection
- Gentle product handling with cobot pick and place using soft gripper and vacuum EOAT for fragile food items

Featured: Food-Grade Precision Filling & Packaging Line
Motionwell's filling and sealing machine platform is built on SUS304/316 stainless steel with food-grade contact surfaces. The triple-head simultaneous dosing system handles 20-60 units per minute with ±1% accuracy, and the continuous dual-tray feed design allows non-stop operation during tray changeover. The same platform serves both pharmaceutical and food/beverage filling applications.
- Output: 20-60 units/min with triple-head simultaneous fill
- Accuracy: ±1% volumetric and gravimetric dosing
- Construction: SUS304/316 stainless steel, food-grade contact surfaces
- Features: Continuous dual-tray feed, heat/crimp seal, integrated checkweigh
- Integration: Downstream wrapping, labeling, and palletizing connection
Equipment Construction for Food-Grade Applications
All Motionwell filling and packaging equipment uses full SUS304/316 stainless steel for both the machine frame and all product-contact surfaces. Contact surfaces are electro-polished to Ra <= 0.8um for easy cleaning and to prevent bacterial harboring in micro-crevices. Electrical enclosures are rated IP65, allowing direct washdown of the machine exterior during shift changeovers and sanitation cycles.
The filling system uses servo-driven volumetric dosing with automatic tare correction to maintain accuracy across varying product densities. Filling range covers 0.1-50 mL per head, configurable for different product viscosities from thin liquids to thick sauces and pastes. Each filling nozzle incorporates a vacuum suck-back mechanism that prevents dripping between fill cycles, keeping the filling area clean and reducing product waste.
End-of-Line Packaging Integration
Motionwell builds complete end-of-line packaging systems that integrate multiple stages into a single coordinated line. The sequence starts with carton erecting and forming, followed by automated product loading into cartons, carton sealing with hot melt or tape, and labeling with vision verification. Label inspection checks barcode readability per ISO/IEC 15416 grading standards to ensure every carton scans correctly at distribution and retail.
After labeling, shrink wrapping bundles cartons into shelf-ready or transit packs. At the end of the line, column-type palletizing robots with 100-200kg payload capacity stack 6-10 cartons per minute onto pallets in programmed stacking patterns. The palletizing robot handles the repetitive heavy lifting that causes the most operator fatigue and injury risk in manual end-of-line operations. All stages communicate through a unified PLC control architecture with HMI monitoring, alarm management, and production count logging.
