We design and build custom production equipment, combining mechanical engineering, controls and robotics in one Singapore team.
The engineering team works directly with your operations staff, from the first process discussion through commissioning and support.
We begin with the part, the production conditions and the results the machine needs to achieve. Mechanical design, electrical controls, programming and assembly are coordinated within the same team, so engineering changes can be checked against the complete system.
Handover includes mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, PLC program documentation, operator manuals, maintenance schedules and spare parts lists. Hands-on operator training and post-commissioning support help your team run and maintain the equipment.

Our machines are designed, assembled and tested in Singapore before delivery to customer sites. Design, build and test teams work at the same Woodlands location, with local subcontractors supplying machined and fabricated parts.
We work with medical and pharmaceutical OEMs, aerospace OEMs and MRO operators, and electronics manufacturers. Projects also cover EV battery, laboratory and logistics applications. Three engineering disciplines come together in each system.
Keyence and Cognex vision systems for defect detection, dimensional measurement, barcode grading and vision-guided robotic assembly. Applications include medical device inspection, sensor panel manufacturing and pharmaceutical serialization.
ABB, JAKA cobots, Yamaha SCARA robots, Inovance, SIASUN AGVs and Youibot AMRs, plus customer-supplied Universal Robots cells. Workcells combine end-of-arm tooling, PLC integration and safety systems designed to ISO 13849 requirements.
Special purpose machines from concept to commissioning: multi-station rotary assembly, automated test equipment, GMP filling and sealing lines, EV battery dismantle lines, and precision jigs and fixtures.
